Stop fake sign-ups

1. Collect basic information from users when they sign up​

At onboarding, collect standard information like:

  • full name
  • date of birth
  • address
  • email
  • phone

2. Call the Risk API​

Pass the information you have to the Risk API, and Vouchsafe will return an instant result indicating how trustworthy the account is, based on reports and anomalies detected across the Vouchsafe network.

3. Suspend suspect accounts​

You may wish to:

  • cut short free trials or impose account limits
  • put refunds or orders on hold
  • request extra proof of identity or address from the customer (you can use our Verify product to do this)
